This Service includes subscriptions that automatically renew. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") carefully before completing a purchase for our app’s auto-renewing subscription service.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle or trial period. Your account will be automatically charged for renewal, based on your selected subscription plan ($9.99 / week or $99.99 / year), within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
If you subscribed or started a trial via the Apple App Store, refund requests and subscription cancellations are handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's standard policies. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
We prioritize your data privacy above all else. Text2Speech does not collect, store, train on, or disseminate your personal data or uploaded content. Text submitted for text-to-speech conversion is transmitted via encrypted connections to AI model endpoints strictly for transient processing during that single request. All generated speech audio, user conversion histories, lists, and folder structures are stored exclusively inside your local device sandbox.
Section 11 of these Terms governs how disputes between you and Text2Speech are resolved. It includes a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver. Please read Section 11 carefully as it significantly affects your legal rights.
The provisions of these Terms govern the relationship between you and Shengcheng Yang ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") regarding your use of the mobile application Text2Speech, including related services, cloud integrations, AI features, and content (collectively, the "App" or "Service").
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service, delete the App from your device, and cancel any active subscriptions.
Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and details our privacy commitments regarding transient text processing and cloud data handling. We may post additional guidelines or rules from time to time, which are incorporated herein by reference.
We reserve the right to update or modify portions of these Terms at our sole discretion. Unless stated otherwise, updates take effect once posted on or within the Service. Continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Certain features may require device identifier binding or cloud service authentication. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and maintaining the security of your device and accounts. You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

The Service, including software code, UI design, branding, and proprietary algorithms, remains the exclusive property of the Company. You retain full ownership of the original text content, documents, and generated audio files saved within your local sandbox.
By inputting, scanning, or converting text using Text2Speech, you represent and warrant that:

Pricing may vary by geographic region, currency conversion rates, or promotional offers, as explicitly displayed on the in-app purchase screen prior to authorization.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings on the App Store. Refund requests are strictly governed by Apple's standard App Store policies and must be submitted directly via Apple Support.
THE SERVICE AND ALL SYNTHESIZED AUDIO OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AI TEXT-TO-SPEECH GENERATION DEPENDS ON DEEP LEARNING MODELS; THEREFORE, THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT VOICE SYNTHESIS, PRONUNCIATION, Scan/OCR ACCURACY, OR LINK PARSING WILL BE 100% ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET PARTICULAR SUBJECTIVE EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, INABILITY TO ACCESS CLOUD SERVICES, OR LOSS OF LOCAL SANDBOX DATA. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights through content processed via the App.
All disputes between you and Shengcheng Yang arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration under the rules of National Arbitration & Mediation ("NAM"), rather than court proceedings. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

You may opt out of the binding arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first using or purchasing the App by sending a written opt-out notice via email to hookupdating@outlook.com specifying your full legal name, device ID, and clear intent to opt out of arbitration.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings exempted from arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
These Terms are concluded solely between you and the Company, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, nor does Apple have any obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support services for the App.
