This Service includes subscriptions that automatically renew. Please read these terms and conditions of use (the "Terms") carefully before starting a 3-DAY FREE TRIAL or completing a purchase for our app’s auto-renewing subscription service.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your trial or current billing cycle. Your account will be automatically charged for renewal, based on the selected subscription plan ($9.99/week or $49.99/year), within 24 hours before the end of the 3-day free trial period or current period. By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you acknowledge and agree to its recurring nature. If you do not cancel in time, your subscription will automatically renew, and the applicable charges will be applied.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription or trial. If you intend to cancel, ensure you follow the appropriate cancellation process for iOS. You may also wish to take a screenshot of this notice for future reference.

The provisions of the "Terms" govern the relationship between you and Shengcheng Yang ("we", "us", "our" or the "Company") regarding your use of the mobile application Restore Photo, including related services, features, and content (the "App" or "Service").
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service, delete the App, and cancel any active subscriptions.
Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and details our privacy commitment regarding photo processing. We may also post additional policies or notices from time to time, which are incorporated herein by reference.
We may update or modify portions of these Terms at our sole discretion. Unless stated otherwise, updates take effect once posted on the Service. Continued use of the Service following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service, including software, design, logos, and algorithms, remains the exclusive property of the Company. You retain full ownership of the original photos you upload and the restored images generated for you.

Pricing may vary by region or promotional campaigns as displayed on the in-app purchase screen prior to authorization.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Refund requests are governed by Apple's standard App Store refund policies and must be requested through Apple Support.
THE SERVICE AND RESTORED IMAGES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AI PHOTO RESTORATION DEPENDS ON MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS; THEREFORE, THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT RESTORATION RESULTS WILL ALWAYS BE PERFECT, ACCURATE, OR FIT A PARTICULAR SUBJECTIVE EXPECTATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP OR UNSATISFACTORY PHOTO RESTORATION RESULTS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and contractors from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights through uploaded photos.
All disputes between you and Shengcheng Yang shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration under the rules of National Arbitration & Mediation ("NAM"), rather than court proceedings. You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any court proceedings exempted from arbitration shall be held exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
These Terms are between you and the Company only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, nor does Apple have any obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.
